The cavitation of the push plate cylinder has a great influence, and to avoid it, it is necessary to use the hydraulic oil reasonably and ensure the quality of the hydraulic oil. If the anti-foam property of the oil is poor, it is easy to produce foam, resulting in cavitation. Secondly, the change frequency of oil pressure is too fast and too high, which will also directly cause the formation of bubbles and accelerate the rupture rate of bubbles. The test shows that the speed of cavitation will be accelerated in the part with high frequency of pressure change. For example, at the inlet and outlet of the push plate cylinder, due to the relatively high frequency of pressure changes, the degree of cavitation is also relatively higher than that of other parts. In addition, overheating of the oil will also increase the probability of cavitation.

In use, the push plate cylinder should try to avoid the friction iron powder or iron filings formed by buffering the plunger. When the matching gap of the buffer device is small and the transverse load on the piston rod is large, the sintering phenomenon may be caused. These friction iron powder or the metal fragments that have fallen off as a result of sintering will remain in the push plate cylinder.

The commonly used buffer structure of the push plate cylinder is composed of a piston boss and a push plate cylinder head groove. When the piston moves close to the push plate cylinder head, it gradually enters the groove, and the oil in the groove is extruded through the gap between the boss and the groove, which increases the oil return resistance, produces the braking effect and realizes the buffer. Generally, a buffer mechanism should be used when the pressure is above 10MP.

Cylinder blackening is a soft fault: 1. It does not affect the normal operation of your equipment. 2. Cylinder blackening involves a lot of things: hydraulic oil, oil seal material, piston rod coating, etc. These three things are not determined by the manufacturer because these three things are provided by other manufacturers. If the equipment is not due to high temperature caused by the black cylinder, you do not have to worry too much because your excavator can still work normally. If you feel uncomfortable, you can choose to replace the cylinder or replace the hydraulic oil.
